I am Omar . Iam from the U.A.E. Last year my pen friend Sam invited me to spend my holiday in London . London is a lovely city . It lies on the banks of River Thames. It has many places of interest .It had a nice flight from the Gulf to London. On Saturday evening Sam met me at the airport .We went home to have some rest .
The next day , we went on a tour of London . We saw the Tower of London which was built 950 years ago. There , we saw many old things people used in the past. One evening we went to the Barbican Theatre to see one of Shakespeare’s plays . On our way home we saw the Queen’s guards in their Traditional red uniform standing in front of Buckingham palace where Queen Elizabeth 11 lives. On Tuesday morning we went to National Gallery where we saw lovely paintings. I went to Hyde park, Trafalgar Square and many other places . Before coming back home, I went shopping in Oxford street to buy a few presents to my family and friends. I had a nice stay in London.
